Turkey does not offer visa-on-arrival for Indian citizens. The e-Visa route is only available to Indian passport holders who already hold a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit; all other applicants must apply for a sticker visa through the Turkish Consulate/VFS application centres, which takes longer and requires an in-person appointment.
